These are FAA certified flight

Most train at specific airports.
Some will come to your airport. Those training in experimentals (homebuilts)
-- yours or theirs -- have exemptions through their organizations: EAA -Experimental
Aircraft Association (FAA 7162A exemption), PRA - Popular Rotorcraft Association
(PRA 5209E exemption). Not only training is offered: also Biennial Reviews,
instrument proficiency checks, high performance and complex aircraft endorsements,
as well as student pilot 90 day signoffs may be available.
